As part of Skaggs’ brand work with Plum Lending, a non-bank commercial real estate lender, we updated their website and company brochure, highlighting the company’s user-friendly approach and emphasizing its advantages over lengthy and bureaucratic commercial banks. Skaggs also created “Plumville,” a fictional city composed of eight different building types for which Plum provides loans. Each building type was clearly identified and its features carefully explained in order to better present Plum’s ease of use and accessibility. “Plumville” was used in banner ads, emailers, and social media.
